The apartment Viola of 60 sqm is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter pool which all guests can enjoy.
The holiday apartment is located in one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse. It is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, storage room, bedroom and bathroom. As is the case with the other holiday apartments of this agriturismo, this apartment is also cosily decorated in a rustic style and exudes a very homely atmosphere. A special feature of this holiday apartment is the beautiful round arch that divides the kitchen-living room into a living area and a dining area. The living area with two sofas and a lovely wooden coffee table right by the fire is the perfect place for romantic evenings for two, or cosy convivial evenings. There is also a single sofa bed. In the kitchen area there is a small dining table. In the fully-equipped kitchen unit there is a gas stove, oven and fridge with a freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bathroom has a shower and bidet. In addition, the holiday apartment provides digital television in the living room, independent gas central heating and a washing machine in the storage room.
Near the entrance to the holiday apartment in the communal garden there are a table and chairs for guests.Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory.In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.
The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
