Gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum, einer offenen Küche, Dusche/ WC und Terrasse. Viel Platz zum Relaxen, Grillen, Zelten etc. Ein Gewürzgarten ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zwischen Horst und Greifswald. Die nächtste Bademöglichkeit befindet sich im Seebad Lubmin. Heizung, Wasser, Strom nach Verbrauch. Haustiere erlaubt. Im Jahr 2022 wurde das Haus um einen Wintergarten erweitert.

Anreise ab 14 Uhr und Abreise bis 11 Uhr.

Die ruhige Lage, umgeben von 10ha umzäunten Koppeln, die saubere Luft (ökolog. Landbau) und die geografische Lage zu den Inseln und den Städten Grimmen, Greifswald und Stralsund werden Sie begeistern. Zur Rügenfähre sind es 8 km. Tiere, wie Pferde, Hunde etc. können Sie mitbringen. Gastpferdeboxen und Unterstellkoppeln sind vorhanden. (Preis mit Vermieter vereinbaren)
