Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss (Küche und Wohnzimmer) und in der Dusche hat es eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Im Ess-/Wohnzimmer Radio und einen kleinen Satelitten TV. Das denkmalgeschützte Haus hat eine geringere Deckenhöhe und eine Treppe, die nicht für kleinere Kinder oder eingeschränkte Personen geeignet ist.






Das historische Ambiente gibt dem Haus ganz viel Atmosphäre. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich unmittelbar am Moselradweg. Ab Pfalzel kann man direkt nach Trier, moselabwärts in die typischen Weinorte oder über das Kylltal in die Eifel aufbrechen. Zum Haus gehört ein abschließbarer Schuppen, in dem Fahrräder untergestellt und E-Bikes nachgeladen werden können. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Anlegesteg der Moselschifffahrt, so dass man auch Schiffstouren unternehmen kann.

Die Lage unweit der Mosel, direkt am Moselradweg ist ideal für alle Unternehmungen und um mit dem Rad oder Auto Trier oder die Moselregion zu erkunden. Zug bis Trier Hbf 5 Min. In Pfalzel findet man Restaurants und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Pfalzel ist ein Vorort von Trier mit einem historischen Ortskern und einer teilweise erhaltenen, begehbaren Stadtmauer. Das Haus ist direkt in diese integriert, also ein Teil der Stadtmauer





Das kleine denkmalgeschützte Haus ist direkt in die historische Wallmauer in Trier-Pfalzel integriert.


Wir haben es idyllisch genannt, denn dieses Adjektiv steht für: „ so, dass es ruhig, friedlich und ungestört ist und man es daher gern ansieht oder gern dort ist“

Das historische Ambiente gibt dem Haus eine besondere Atmosphäre. Es hat eine kleine Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Dusche/WC und je ein Schlafzimmer auf zwei Etagen.


 Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich etwa 50m entfernt.

Es istein idealer Standort für Radurlauber, denn es liegt direkt am Moselradweg und gibt schnellen Zugang zu andren Radwegen wie Ruwertal  oder Kylltal. Zusätzlich hat es einen abschließbaren Anbau für Räder.
