Die große 2-Zimmer Wohnung (70 qm) ist für 2 bis 5 Personen geeignet. Sie verfügt über einen Wohn-/ Schlafraum (ca. 33 qm) der wie ein Wohnzimmer eingerichtet ist, mit Essecke, separater Sitzgruppe, zwei massive Holzbetten (versenkbar in die Schrankwand), und eine Couch, die als Zusatzbett genutzt werden kann. Ein weiteres Doppelbett steht im zweiten Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, einen am Wohnzimmer und einen am Schlafzimmer.

Das Apartmenthaus verfügt über 9 einzelne Wohnungen. Jede Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Gartenblick. Im Garten gibt es für die Kinder auch einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz.

Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Auch freies WLAN ist vorhanden. Hunde sind in diesem Haus leider nicht erlaubt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dies eine Nichtraucherunterkunft ist.

Für kleinere Gruppen kann das "Stüble" im Untergeschoss des Hauses zusätzlich dazugebucht werden. Hier können kleinere Feste für bis zu 30 Personen gefeiert werden. Ein lokaler Catering Service kann vor Ort gebucht werden.

The large 2-room apartment (70 sqm) is suitable for 2 to 5 persons. It has a living room/bedroom (approx. 33 sqm) which is furnished like a living room, with a dining area, separate seating area, two solid wooden beds (which can be lowered into the wall unit), and a couch which can be used as an additional bed. A further double bed is available in the second room. The apartment has 2 balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The apartment house has 9 individual apartments. Each apartment has a balcony with garden view. In the garden there is also a small playground for the children.

Each apartment has its own parking space. Free WLAN is also available. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in this house. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.

For smaller groups the "Stüble" in the basement of the house can be booked additionally. Here smaller parties for up to 30 people can be celebrated. A local catering service can be booked on site.
