Das Ferienhaus liegt in Nieby, einem idyllischen, kleinen Dorf auf der Halbinsel des Naturschutzgebietes Geltinger Birk. Bis nach Gelting sind es von hier rund 4 km, bis Kappeln an der Schlei rund 16 km. Der Strand liegt praktisch vor der Tür — bis dort sind es rund 1,5 km.



Das Ferienhaus Severin hat zwei Etagen und eine gesamt Wohnfläche von ca. 105 qm. Der große Garten (verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse und Gartenmöbel uvm.) ist komplett eingezäunt und daher "kindersicher". In der Ferne können Sie sogar die Ostsee sehen. Auf dem Grundstück steht Ihnen eine Garage z.B. zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern zur Verfügung. PKW-Abstellplätze finden Sie in den beiden Einfahrten des Grundstückes.
