There is no charge for fire place fuel, but it is limited. It can be bought locally like charcoal for the BBQ.

Oceanview villa offers a magnificent view along the north coast of Cyprus. Sunsets and drinks on the terrace are a must!

The villa is close to Esentepe with supermarkets, a bank, and most daily amenities. There are also a number of good restaurants and bars. The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is the Korineum Golf and Country Club, less than 10 minutes drive away.

The villa is ideal for AlFRESCO dining/barbecues overlooking the sea and mountains with magnificent sunsets.

Nearby beaches include Alagadi Beach, a protected and unspoiled area known for its turtles. A popular beach is Kaplica, a 25-minute drive away, with beautiful golden sand and safe swimming. Our favorite, the sandy ESENTEPE BEACH, is just a few minutes drive east on the coastal road (entrance at the turnoff to the local TEMPO supermarket) ESENTEPE BEACH EQUIPMENT: Restaurant/Bar/Cafe Free dressing rooms, toilets, and showers umbrellas and sunbeds (for a small fee) This new beach in Esentepe is now ready! The project to convert the picturesque sandy bay behind Tempo in Esentepe into a private beach with deckchairs and sunshades has been running for over a year. It is the municipality of Esentepe that has initiated this wonderful beach project and is welcomed by residents and tourists. This is a very positive step for all of Esentepe, which is growing steadily as many foreign buyers choose to invest in holiday homes on the beautiful coast. On the beach, there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.

In addition, there are 2 water parks nearby. Both are highly recommended and only 20 minutes' drive away.

The cooling pine forest of the KYRENIA MOUNTAIN Range is only a short drive through the village of Esentepe. 
In the forest are designated BBQ areas which are very popular with local families in the summer months and great walks.
