The newly built apartment (50sqm) (2017.), furnished with care and love in a modern style, has everything you need for a holiday in full comfort. The apartment is located in a holiday house with 6 apartments of the same type which are rented. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparia, which is part of the Salvore-Umag area. The area has been known by tourists for centuries for the healing air thanks to the pine woods of the area, for nature and tranquility. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija lighthouse which was built in 1818. The beach is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes at about 900m. Excellent accommodation with everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. Children welcome. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds with vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. In the center to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, children's play areas along the coast. To shop it is better to walk a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
