The newly built apartment (50 sqm) (2017.), furnished with care and love in a modern style, has everything you need for a holiday in full comfort. The apartment is located in a holiday house with 6 apartments of the same type which are rented. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparia, which is part of the Savudrija-Umag area. The area has been known by tourists for centuries for the healing air thanks to the pine woods of the area, for nature and tranquility. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija lighthouse which was built in 1818. The beach is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes at about 900m. Excellent accommodation with everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. Children welcome. * Registration only on the first day, to be paid upon arrival in cash* Guests are kindly requested to use the appliances with care* You can only smoke on the terrace while smoking is not allowed inside* Guests are kindly requested to leave the rubbish bins empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.* We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighbors and to adopt a silent and discreet behavior, especially at night or during the hours of the afternoon rest.* Any damage caused please declare to the owner that after a careful evaluation of the cost the damage will be charged on the spot.* Pets are not allowed* We kindly ask our customers not to leave the air conditioner, washing machine and dishwasher on when they are not at home for safety reasons.* It is possible to organize personalized transfers.** One day before departure, please announce the estimated time of departure, in order to arrange the handover of the keys. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, safe, a bedroom with bunk bed (2x 80x200), wardrobe, in the living room the sofa bed (150x200), linen bed provided (weekly change), flat-screen satellite TV, coffee table, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, two towels per person for the bathroom provided (weekly change), eat-in kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, 4 electric ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer area, kettle, coffee machine, dining table and chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, the kitchen leads out onto the terrace (7 sqm) furnished with table and chairs available a small private garden overlooking the countryside. Great for enjoying coffee in the morning and admiring the surrounding nature or for playing with children.
In sharing the house offers: the fenced garden and parking, the outdoor swimming pool and outdoor shower (7x3 m rectangular 24 sqm, depth 140 cm with a staircase from 30.03.-19.10.) Deck chairs, the sun terrace around the 25 sqm pool, umbrellas, the barbecue area, iron, and ironing board.
The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, pebbly, tried, rocks for every taste. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds with vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours.
The center of Umag is 7 km from the house.In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips.
