Das Haus ist ein Einzalhaus und befindet sich in östlicher Stadtrandlage von Kassel mit Anschluß an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie Anbahnanschluß in etwa 1,5 km Entfernung. Das Haus ist grundlegend renoviert und die Wohnung zum Vermieten besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Balkon und Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Wlan. Das Wohnzimmer eignet sich als Homeoffice und kann mit Absprache und Aufpreis auch als Tagungzimmer bis 10 Personen, Cafe, für Feier- und Eventmöglichkeiten genutzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Um das Haus befindet sich ein großer Garten, Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind bei entsprechendem Wetter gegeben.
