This comfortable holiday house is located on a hill and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay. The house is situated on a large plot and offers lot of space for your children to play, while you enjoy the warm and bright holidays at the swimming pool. The house extends over two floors and is connected by an external staircase. Each floor has only one apartment. There is a children’s room in addition to the four bedrooms in the house. You can go hiking, jogging or pick mushrooms and chestnuts in the nearby Nature Park of Ucka. The place called Opatija, which is a good choice for a relaxing holiday in all the seasons is situated at a terrain lower than the mountain and Nature Park Ucka. The lovely nature, weather, gardens, traditional Austria-Hungarian villas, Seaside Boulevard and beaches attract tourists from Europe and all over the world.

    “Perfekt! Toller Pool, groß genug zum schwimmen. Ganz nah am Meer! Nah an Supermärkten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung selbst war hell, sehr komfortabel, moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, schönes Bad und in jedem Raum ein Fernseher, wer nicht fernsehen muss hat einen schönem Balkon.
