This beautiful and modern furnished stone house is located in a very nice and extremely quiet location, near the town of Postira on the island of Brac.

The house is situated on a spacious fenced plot in a well-kept olive grove with a panoramic view of the sea. The house consists of two nice bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchen and dining room. The living room opens onto a terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the town of Postira.

Since the terrace has a view to the west, you will surely enjoy the unforgettable view of the beautiful sunset every day. From the terrace you can get to the area where there is also an outdoor grill where you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes.

The town of Supetar, the entertainment, cultural and transportation center of the island, is only 7 km away from your house. In Postira itself you will find plenty of fun for all generations.

Electricity is consumed by solar panels and the use of more powerful consumers is limited. The water comes from an own well and is not potable. An established gravel road leads to the house, about 1000 m.
