BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a farmhouse located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in an unspoiled countryside and is located on a hill about 300 meters above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno nature reserve.
Bellavista Holidays is an independent farmhouse that consists of 4 apartments and an annexe, each independent and with its own outdoor spaces.Groups usually meet in the Rufeno apartment where they can all comfortably eat together.The apartments are composed as follows:Rufeno - 4 beds (110 sqm)Ground floor: Entrance - large living room with kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub.Amiata - 4 beds (120 sqm)Ground Floor: Entrance - living room with fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, a bathroom with shower.Cetona - 6 beds (130 sqm)First floor: Entrance - living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub.Azzara - 6 beds (150 sqm)Ground Floor: entrance - living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with showerFirst floor: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with tub.Small house - 2 beds (45 sqm)Ground floor: entrance - kitchen with large panoramic terrace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower
All apartments have its own outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared swimming pool (13x8 meters) equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the garden outside the apartment and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
Travel cot and baby high chair available. The farmhouse can be reached by a country road of about 2.5 km. The location is quiet and the farmhouse is surrounded by nature. A restaurant is 2.5 km away. The nearest town is Acquapendente which is 11km away. where you can find shops, restaurants, hospital, bank, pharmacy etc ..)
