Walk or ski there – you don´t even need a car The cross-country ski track starts directly in front of our house - only approx. 30m ! In summer the KÄRNTEN CARD is included! In winter we are members of FAMILY-EURO-SKIING and SKI-SPA-WEEKS!

...our house is the ideal starting point for walks and hiking tours. At a distance of only 250 metres you can find the Kaiserburg cable railway

Additionally there´s the thermal spa “Römerbad” which is a highlight for sporty
guests as well as people wanting a rest.

The golf course and tennis courts are also nearby our house

All our very nice appartements dispose of a fully equiped kitchen, a livingroom with a pull-out sofa that serves as an additional bed for 1-2 guests, FLAT-SCREEN-TV, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdrier, and have a seperate bed room as well as a balcony with wonderfull views to the mountains.
