Apartment Anita is situated on a small hill in the hamlet of Winklen, just 4 km from Längenfeld, in a sunny location with a marvellous, unique, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. Längenfeld has the AQUA DOME - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld, shops and various catering facilities. In winter, in addition to skiing, for which there is a free ski bus to Sölden, Obergurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area, there is also a network of well-maintained cross-country ski trails within walking distance.

In summer there are numerous hikes to mountain huts or mountain tours to the peaks, which can be started directly from the house.  Leisurely cycle tours in the valley basin and along the entire Ötztal cycle path are also possible. Längenfeld has an outdoor swimming pool, the AQUA DOME - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld, shops and various restaurants.
