Our comfy, modern Alpenblick de Luxe holiday apartment is located in a quiet and sunny setting in the hamlet of Schlatt, belonging to Oetz in Ötztal Valley. Thanks to the fabulous hillside location and a private rooftop terrace, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Ötztal mountains - promising also many hours of sunshine even in winter. Additionally, an outdoor sauna for sole use is available to our guests.

Experience scenic Ötztal in all its facets both in summer and winter. In summer there are countless activities and excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as AREA 47, canyoning and river rafting, relaxing on lake Piburgerer See, Ötzi Village, Stuiben Falls, Bike Republic as well as myriad hiking trails and mountain huts in the immediate vicinity. The mountain gondolas of Acherkogelbahn and Ochsengartenbahn take you to the family ski area or the Hochoetz-Kühtai pastureland region, its access points are only about 4 km away.
