Landhaus Waldesruh, completely renovated in autumn 2013, is located in a small hamlet at the entrance to Ötztal at an altitude of 730 m and can be easily reached by car all year round. The center of Oetz is about 3.5 km away and the base station of the Hochoetz ski area can be found at about 4.3 km. The free skibus shuttles stop 300 meters away. In summer, the Area 47 is within only 20 walking minutes.

"Waldesruh"  holiday house ideal for 8 persons (approx. 140 m²): 1 large kitchen-cum-living room with wood fired stove, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large dining area, flat-screen TV, etc.; 3 double bedrooms with TV, 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds and TV, 1 large bathroom incl. shower/WC, 1 utility room with WC and washing machine. Enjoy the fresh Alpine air on our terrace!
