Our lovely "Apart am Sonnenhügel" holiday home is located above Sautens, the gate to the Ötztal - and offers deluxe design apartments in modern style with a fashionable ambiance. A separate entrance area takes you from the carport to splendid apartments equipped with much love to the detail. Enjoy the sunny and quiet setting right at the border of the forest, embedded in the scenic Ötztal mountain world. In summer fun and action are scheduled at the Area 47 as well as rafting tours on the river Inn, climbing adventures and hiking tours in the immediate surroundings. In winter you reach the top ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl within approx. 34 km. At onle 4 km from the family-friendly Hochoetz ski area. Included in summer: Summer Card – Explore the whole valley with only one Card!

    “Positiv: Tolle Wohnung, alles neu, nette Vermieter. Ausreichend Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern. Negativ: Unmittelbar vor dem Haus wird leider z.Zt. gebaut. Auf der Baustelle wird von 7:00 bis 17:00 gearbeitet. Baulärm ließ sich nicht vermeiden! Besonders morgens problematisch. Freizeit: Wir waren zum Skilaufen in Hochötz und Kühtai. Skibus Haltestelle liegt ca. 5min zu Fuß (Berg auf).”
