Hike, enjoy and experience fabulous Ötztal by enjoying a blend of nature exploration and sporting highlights. In winter, the family-friendly Hochoetz / Kühtai ski area is only about 5 km away - you can also easily reach the other TOP ski areas in Ötztal.
Our NEW and MODERN apartment (approx. 65 m²) can be found on the ground floor with direct access to the large, furnished sunbathing terrace. Ut has the following amenities: 2 comfortable double rooms - each with a modern bathroom incl. shower/WC; 1 fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) with homey dining area and large sofa (sofa-bed for 1 additional person). Enjoy Ötztal's super fresh mountain air and the fabulous view from your holiday terrace.
