Our house in sunny, central and quiet location is the ideal starting point for many excursions. Approx. 3-minute walk from the house, there is a Spar supermarket, a sport shop, the bus station for all the skiing areas, the tram station to Innsbruck and restaurants.

The "Serles" apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
It is lovingly and comfortably furnished and offers space for 2-4 people on 40m ². The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer.

Each of our apartments has free WiFi and free covered parking.
In winter you can safely store your equipment such as skis and snowboards in our lockable ski room.
