Beautiful villa in the heart of the Arenal, in a quiet urbanization just 2 minutes walk from the extensive beach of Palma. The property is 5 minutes from the Airport and 12 minutes from the city of Palma.
The property has 6 cozy bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Inside there is a large room with wifi and fireplace that invites you to watch a movie, listening to music or simply having a glass of wine next to a good book. In the dining area you can enjoy dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which is at your disposal.
The exterior will be the delight of adults and children, next to its beautiful pool has hammocks and a chill out area where you can share with family and friends an aperitif or delicious meats prepared at the barbecue, every sunny summer afternoon will be a delight .
The area is unbeatable, only 3 km from the Yacht Club El Arenal (marina), where you can find different leisure and nautical activities. Less than 3 km. Is the Aqualand water park, a fantastic site and a must-see for our visitors who love the sea life.
Also, at night, you have the option of strolling along the promenade of the Arenal, this is the island's tourist center par excellence, combining its beautiful beaches, restaurants and its famous area of bars and party. The area is well connected, has buses, taxis and a transfer service.
This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.
Public transport: there is a bus stop just 200 metres away from the villa, there you will find the regular lines 15, 21 - destination Airport -, 23, 25 and the number 454 (TIB line) all within walking distance from the house. Our recommendation to go to Palma is the line 25 as it goes directly within 15 minutes to the city centre.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
