This beautiful property is located in an exclusive area of ​​Mallorca, offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay.


Elegance and attention to detail characterize the taste of the decor in this magnificent villa which has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious outdoor space, with garden, swimming pool and lots of privacy, the house is located 5 minutes from the beach and a short drive from the capital, Palma.

On top of that, there are tools for the maintenance of competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.

Public transport: there is a bus stop just 100 metres away from the villa, there you will find the regular lines 15, 21 - destination Airport -, 23, 25 and the number 454 (TIB line) all within walking distance from the house. Our recommendation to go to Palma is the line 25 as it goes directly within 15 minutes to the city centre.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.


This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to guests as needed. It does not have heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.


Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
