This comfortable holiday home is located about 10 minutes north of Visby in Gotland. This home is located near the famous Lummelunda Caves and several farms that sell handicrafts. Visby is surrounded by a 3.4 km long wall built in the 13th century and offers various artistic and cultural attractions as well as nice shops. You can also rent 2 bicycles.

    “Es handelt sich um ein gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes und solide gebautes, gut isoliertes Ferienhaus im schwedischen Stil. Stabiles WLAN und TV mit internationalen Programmen, auch vielen deutschsprachigen, sind vorhanden. Wir - ein älteres Paar - genossen die Ruhe und das morgendliche Vogelgezwitscher, die Nähe zu Visby und die gute Ausgangslage, um die verschiedenen Regionen Gotlands per PKW kennen zu lernen.

    Für uns war das Haus inkl. Ausstattung perfekt und entsprechend wohl fühlten wir uns während der zwei Ferienwochen. Das Haus verfügt über ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Kochnische und einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.

    Allerdings dürfte die Kochnische mit zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle mit integriertem Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle und kleiner Spülmaschine Koch und Köchin ein gewisses Improvisationstalent abverlangen, wenn ein Essen für vier Personen zubereitet werden soll. Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr sind jedoch ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse steht ausserdem ein kleiner Grill. Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien sowie eine kurz gemähte, benutzbare Wiese gehören ebenfalls zum Häuschen.

    Falls es notwendig werden sollte: Waschmaschine (in der ca. 50m entfernten Garage des Vermieters) , Wäscheständer mit Klammern, Staubsauger und sonstiges Putzzeug sind, ebenso wie ein Haarfön, vorhanden.

    Die nächst gelegenen Strände (angeblich 3 km entfernt) haben wir nicht besucht.”
