The bright apartment has a separate entrance, parking space and is only a few minutes walk from the Forggensee. It is also directly at the cycle path, a cross-country ski run and a climbing hall. The nearby mountains and skiing areas are also easily accessible by car. 

The appartment is modern and newly furnished. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The living room with access to a terrace is filled by sun in the afternoon and evening. On the terrace you can enjoy your time in a nice seat with a view into the mountains.

Conditions:

- Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 70% of the total price.

- Arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

- Departure is possible until 10:00 a.m.

- Keys are handed over on site.

- Pets are not allowed.

- A tourist tax of EUR 1.20/person will be charged separately on site.
