Bungalow for single use in the center of Schweich the gateway to the Middle Moselle

The bungalow, completed in 2020, is located in the center of Schweich, the gateway to the Middle Moselle.

There is a free parking space next to the bungalow.

A notice: An apartment building was built on the neighboring property. Construction is currently on hold. The interior work is not expected to begin until spring 2024.

    “Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Wenn wir wieder an die Mosel reisen,wuerden wir hier wieder mieten.
    Absolut empfehlenswert. Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt zentral und gut fuer alle möglichen Aktivitäten.Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
    Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, gepflegt und mehr als vollständig.Besonders gut hat uns gefallen,das alles geschmackvoll und schön ist, man hat gegenüber zuhause kaum Einschränkungen.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste,das hatten wir so noch nicht. Negativ: Wir haben keine negativen Punkte zu vermerken.”

    “Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung - Sehr weiterzuempfehlen Positiv: Perfekt ausgestattete und liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung. Hier mangelt es an nichts. Schön zentral und fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Geschäften gelegen (Metzgerei/ Bäckerei/ Lebensmittel/ Drogerie).
    Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt Restaurant: La fontana - Super Pizzen :-)”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Durch die überdachte Terrasse kann man auch im Herbst den Außenbereich gut nutzen. Metzger und Bäcker sind in ca. 2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Negativ: Schlafzimmer liegt an der Straßenseite.”
