Our lovingly renovated apartment in the traditional AlpenStyle offers enough space to relax after a day in the mountains, after a long hike or a day of skiing in the cosy hut flair on the 3rd floor. The sun-drenched rooms with lots of old wood paired with modern elements create a stylish and homely atmosphere. We have been upcyling objects in all rooms with great attention to detail - and have given old objects a new use.
The fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and enamel dishes matching the ambience invites you to cosy cooking evenings. The counter offers space for cooking together or for the Bavarian snack on the bar stools. Dishwasher powder are available, a garbage chute on the same floor 5 meters away.
The living area is furnished with a 200 year old wooden table and antique chairs to enjoy dinner under an unique hanging lamp. On the couch, which can also be converted into a sofa bed (200x140), you can watch the local mountains Mittag and Immenstädter Horn through the large panoramic window, or end the evening with a Netflix series and a glass of red wine on the 50 inch TV.
After a sporty day you can relax in the newly renovated and bright bathroom with bathtub and old wooden ceiling. A big mirror, hair dryer and for each guest hand & shower towel complete the picture.
In the bedroom you will find warm light, a large bed (200x180) made of old wood with separately adjustable slatted frames, the best mattresses and oversized blankets (220x155) with covers that invite you to dream and cuddle. In the morning you wake up with a great view through the big window to the Immenstädter Horn, sometimes shining in the sun, sometimes hidden in the early morning fog.
A cosy lounge with a view of the mountains awaits you on the all-day sunny balcony. Here you can hear the crickets chirping, the birds chirping or the bells of the cows that spend the summer on the Stadtalpe.
There is a private parking place in front of the accommodation and a lift. Washing machines (against payment) and a drying room can be used in the communal cellar. You can store your mountainbikes or skis in your own lockable cellar compartment. For our youngest guests there is a baby travel bed, a folding bed and a high chair available on request without charge. We also offer a backpack and a cooler bag as well as a grill grid for a relaxed barbecue on the Iller.
Our HOCH3 Alpen StyleAppartement is only a few minutes away from the Immenstadt train station and the beautiful Big and Small Alpine Lakes, the way to the Stadtalpe is right in front of the door. In the winter months the otherwise lush hilly landscape of the Allgäu transforms into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and in summer the fresh mountain meadows are in bloom and the scent of flowers and meadows is in the air.

Of course you have a parking place directly in front of the accommodation, an elevator is available, free WLAN as well. Bed linen, towel and bath towel are provided per person. For our youngest guests (0-2 years) we can provide a baby travel bed, a folding bed and a high chair on request. Washing-up liquid, dishwashing powder and tea towels are available, as well as a toilet-roll for the start.
The apartment is to be handed over broom-clean, the further final cleaning is included in the price.
We are a non-smoking apartment; pets are unfortunately not possible.
In addition to the invoice, we charge a deposit for the Allgäu-Walser guest cards and the keys in the amount of 50 € on the invoice. 20% of the invoice is to be paid immediately, 80% 1 week before arrival.
