Vor der Haustür des romantischen Fischerdorfes Nordseeheilbad Neuharlingersiel, liegt in 2km Entfernung das kleine Warfendorf Groß-Holum. Hier in unserem Landhaus, mit großem Garten, Sitzecke und Liegewiese, bieten wir zwei sehr schöne und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen an. Teilweise mit großzügigem Balkon! Beide Fewo´s sind mit Sat-TV, Stereo-Anlage, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle mit Heißluft und Pizzastufe ausgestattet.

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Blick über das schöne Ostfriesland, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ( 50 m² ) ist geeignet für bis zu 4 Erw. Personen. Großzügiger Balkon, gemütliche Sitzgruppe, Essecke, komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Mikrowelle mit Heißluft und Pizzastufe, 2 Plattenmulde, Geschirrspüler, Sat TV und Stereoanlage. Ein allergikerfreundliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und elektrisch verstellbaren Lattenrosten, Ganzkörperspiegel, Kleiderschrank und Radiowecker. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten, ebenfalls allergikerfreundlich. Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Haarfön und Kosmetikspiegel. Bettwäsche und Handtücher incl.
Unterstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Räder ist vorhanden.

Die Nordsee-ServiceCard wird separat vor Ort berechnet.

Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon vorhanden.
