The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a wine merchant's villa built in 1874. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are cosily furnished. From the kitchen you can reach a 10 m2 terrace with a view of the gardens and the rocks on the pond path.

The flat is particularly suitable for:

Around 20 tennis players aged between 65 and 82 meet on Mondays and Fridays to play tennis together. The hosts are happy to bring them along.
