On arrival at Villa Alcux, you will be pleasantly surprised with this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with two levels but just the groundfloor can be used near the old town of Pollenca with private off road parking.



Entering the hallway, you make your way to the Living/Dining area to an unique layout of the with large patio doors to the amazing paved pool terrace with a poolside dining area, including a pool shower and sun beds to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a door leading to the living/dining area. Your 2 bedrooms are one double with terrace access to enjoy your morning coffee, and 1 twin that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Great villa with walking distance to the old town of Pollenca where you will find many restaurants and the great Sunday market.

    “Für den Preis hätten wir wenigstens erwartet, dass genügend Handtücher vorhanden sind, bzw. auch dass die notwendigsten Dinge, wie beispielsweise Toilettenpapier, Wasser, Zucker, Salz vorrätig sind.
    Wir mussten alles kaufen. Wegen der Witterung - immer mal wieder kurze Regenschauer - war alles verdreckt mit einer roten Staubschicht verdreckt und musste abgewischt werden, was mit zwei Geschirrhandtüchern und nur einem Wischtuch schwierig war.
    Die Kiimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ging nur sporadisch - mal ja, mal nein - unerklärlich.
    Das Haus durfte vor fünf Uhr nicht bezogen werden, obgleich wir bereits gegen 14.00 Uhr vor Ort waren. (Die Eingabe, welche man digital im Voraus machen sollte, ließ leider nur zwei Uhrzeiten als Möglichkeiten zu 10:00 Uhr oder 17.00 Uhr. Hier könnte man viel flexibler sein.
