... in our new holiday home. The barrier-free, low-energy holiday home with underfloor heating and ventilation (100 m²) is suitable for 2 people (children up to 2 years of age possible on request). It has a spacious living and dining area, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, guest toilet and a beautiful winter garden. It is suitable for rollators and wheelchairs. There is a walk-in shower in the large bathroom. There are two washing facilities, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is easy to use with a rollator, less suitable for wheelchairs. The entrance area is equipped with a ramp to the front door and a ramp to the winter garden. From the winter garden you can get into the garden of the holiday home with seating.

In our wine and guest house (2 min. Walk) we still offer 6 guest rooms. The rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, satellite TV. Wifi / WLAN usage is free of charge. Bike garage is available.

Luggage transfer service possible: € 7.50 per piece of luggage, only between Trier and Ürzig

Payment: After booking, a deposit of 25% of the travel price is due; the amount due must be transferred to the bank details provided within 8 days. Once payment has been received, the booking is guaranteed. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival or can also be transferred.

Cancellation conditions: If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, 60% of the travel price is due and if you do not arrive or leave early, we charge 90% of the cancellation costs.Payment: cash
