Die Urbanisation Palm Mar liegt am Südzipfel der Insel Teneriffa, ca. 8 km von den Touristenzentren Playa de las Americas und Los Cristianos entfernt. Der Ort ist an einer sehr schönen Meeresbucht gelegen, von der man nach “La Gomera”,sowie bei guter Sicht, nach “El Hierro” blicken kann. Bei Nacht hat man eine tolle Sicht über die Lichterwelt von Playa de las Americas.

Auf der nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse ist der private Pool und man geniesst einen herrlichen Meerblick.
