Our newly renovated 4* Appart-Pension offers you 10 modern equipped, spacious apartments and is situated in a sunny and quiet top location directly in the center of Mittersill! Surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape, you will enjoy the most pleasant living comfort in our stylishly furnished apartments.

For your car there is a protected parking lot directly at the house.
A free internet connection (WLAN) is also available in each of the apartments.
A ski room with boot dryer and a lockable bicycle room are available.

Our Appart-Pension is optimal for a relaxing winter vacation in the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern. The ski areas Kitzbühel, Schmittenhöhe Zell am See, as well as the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn are very close.
The ski bus stop is right next to our house - the bus takes you in about 10 minutes to the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen with access to the world famous ski area Kitzbühel.

In spring and summer it becomes incredibly green in the Pinzgau in the vacation region Hohe Tauern and the autumn shows itself colorful:
During this time you can experience our unique nature and recharge your batteries with powerful energy while hiking, walking, climbing, mountain climbing, biking, swimming or playing golf at the Hohe Tauern National Park golf course, which is only 5 minutes away.
