In winter, the ski bus stops just 100 metres from the house. A top cross-country ski trail can be reached in about 100 metres. The Hoch Oetz ski area is within walking distance and the Kühtai ski area is 8 km away. 



Our friendly "Haus Barbara" is located on a hill in the small village Ochsengarten, 10 km from the center of Ötz and 600 m from the Hoch Ötz cable car. You can use WLAN for free. You can enjoy the sun on your own balcony or use our spacious sunbathing lawn.

On request, fresh bread will be delivered to you every morning. You will find a supermarkt in the center of Ötz.



In less than five minutes walk, you can reach a forest playground built of wood.

In summer you can make many different hiking tours directly from the house. 



Nice apartment (40 m²) on the first floor, separate entrance: bed-sitting room, west-facing balcony, double room with extra bed, fully equipped kitchen, large garden and play lawn for families. BBQ site.
