This functionally furnished vacation home is located in an idyllic and peaceful environment, far away from the stress of everyday life. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the panorama of the island of Hvar and the impressive Biokovo mountain on the mainland. On the unique island of Kor?ula you will find historical cultural monuments and beautiful nature. Refresh yourself in the crystal clear sea. Energy for the house is generated by environmentally friendly solar panels (12 volts), so the use of electrical appliances is very limited. The minimum height of the premises is 120 cm. The distance from the parking lot to the stairs (about 30 m without fence and handrail) leading to the house is about 30 m, and you can also reach the sea by steep stairs (about 40 m without fence and handrail).
