Manuel's Dream is a beautiful, modern, brand new villa that can accommodate up to 10 people. It features a private pool and is located in Adele, Rethymno, just 3 kilometers from the sandy beaches of Rethymno and within walking distance to taverns and supermarkets.



The villa is designed over three floors, offering spacious and comfortable living spaces. On the ground floor, you'll find a roomy living room with two sofa beds for the 9th and 10th guests, a dining room, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wooden bar and a wine fridge. The living room leads to a furnished terrace with fantastic views.



The first floor of the villa hosts three large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate laundry room. The first bedroom features a king-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a double. All bedrooms are generously sized and equipped with air conditioning and modern flat-screen satellite TVs. A large balcony door leads to a spacious terrace with a modern wooden pergola.



The villa's basement is a recreational area equipped with a TV set and a PlayStation 5, including a variety of games. You'll also find a CD player with Bluetooth, a ping-pong table, children's toys (suitable for infants as well), a foosball table, board games, and two sofas for relaxation or for the 9th and 10th guests to sleep on. The villa provides fitness equipment, including a multi-home gym, an exercise family bike, and a recliner exercise bench in the basement, as well as an elliptical exercise machine on the first floor.



For those who love to enjoy the sun and panoramic views, the villa offers a roof terrace. This terrace provides splendid sea and mountain views and is perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi coverage throughout.



Outdoors, you'll find a private 43-square-meter swimming pool with an attached safe kids' pool. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa's garden is filled with various trees and plants, such as roses, cypress, jasmine, and fruit trees like apricot, plum, and tangerine, creating an enchanting landscape of colors and fragrances. There's also private parking space for up to three vehicles, and the villa is equipped to accommodate disabled guests.



Adele village, just 500 meters from the villa, has a supermarket, and Agreco's tavern is around 900 meters away. Adelianos Kampos is 3 kilometers from the villa and offers all necessary amenities, including supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and various shops. A doctor's service is also available in the village. Adele village is a charming small village located approximately 8 kilometers east of Rethymno town and is situated on the road to the Monastery of Arkadi.
