Das Ferienhaus eignet sich besonders für Familien, oder für ältere Personen, mit oder ohne Haustiere die im Urlaub Entspannung und Erholung suchen oder zum Wandern, Radfahren, Sonne & Strand Urlaub, mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 150 m² und besteht aus einer vollausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine und allen notwendigen Utensilien. Wohnküche mit Essbereich und einem Tisch für 4 Personen bilden eine Einheit. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein extra Zimmer mit eigener Dusche und WC im Untergeschoss mit je einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzel Betten ( Untergeschoss ) runden das Angebot ab. Die Badezimmer verfügen über Moderne Duschen.

Die Terrassen hinten und Vorne sind 6 m lang und 2 m breit und mit ausreichend Terrassenmöbel und einem Esstisch bestückt.
Das Haus ist eingezäunt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Auf dem Grundstück sind Parkplätze für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden. Ideal für Familien mit oder ohne Haustieren die kein Hotel mögen und ohne störende Nachbarn. In der Nähe finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Super Märkte sind ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Gr. Supermärkte Richtung Lefkimi ca. 4 KM . Agios Gorigios ist ein Ferienort mit einigen Gastronomie Betrieben. Die Restaurants und Bars sind teilweise am Meer mit einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Im Ort ist ein schöner Sandstrand der zum Baden auch für kleine Kinder geeignet ist, erreichen Sie in nur 120 Meter. In etwa 2 Kilometer kommen Wassersportler auch auf Ihre kosten, es werden fast alle Arten von Wassersporten Angeboten.
Ruhige Lage in Strandnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ( Supermarkt ) Restaurants uvm. in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
