In the cottage we invite everyone who once dreamed to spend unforgettable moments in an impressive environment. Up to 10 people can find rest or space for cycling, running, hiking, golfing, horse riding and swimming.A place to relax & gather strength amidst the distinctive landscape of the Waldviertel. Experience the magical attraction of mystical Celtic sites in the immediate vicinity or visit the numerous castles, palaces and monasteries in the nearby area.The farm is located in absolute tranquility - 3 minutes away from Rosenau Castle - and impresses with its 300 m² of living space through the symbiosis of 229-year-old originality paired with art and modernity.There is room for up to 10 people to sleep, and we have also celebrated parties with over 100 friends and built a small tent camp. Three spacious bedrooms music room, morning sun and Christo room with 60 and 2 x 40 m2 for 2 to 6 people are at your disposal. The studio can be used as another bedroom for 2. For small children there are additional cribs.Winter garden, bedrooms and bath with a view over meadows, fields and forests will make your stay an unforgettable experience.Pamper yourself in our sauna area with shower and pool to dive into.
