There are many activities in the area around the cottage. In addition, the Narvik area has been created for activities. With its vast network of hiking trails, cycling paths and paddling opportunities, there is plenty to do in summer and winter. In winter, Narvik offers one of Norway's most spectacular ski areas, from the top of Narvikfjellet overlooking the fjord down to the town. No matter what time of year you're here, you can take the gondola up the mountain and then explore the surrounding area. Would you like to try salmon fishing? Elvegårdselva flows into the fjord at Bjerkvik and climbs up to the house. If you prefer to fish in Hartvikvatnet, the house owner has a boat. Contact him to make an agreement about the use of the boat. If you are here in winter, the lake is ideal for ice fishing.
