Prime location: Beautiful and quiet residence with direct access to the beach and great views of the peninsula Sirmione and Desenzano on the southwestern Lake Garda. The modern apartments are housed in terraced houses, which are grouped around a spacious swimming pool and a children's pool. From here you have a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the old harbor of Padenghe. You can take a short walk through the expansive park to get to the lake and take long walks. An outdoor pool right on the lake promises not only cooling off and swimming fun, but also relaxing sunbathing with a great view of the water and the boats.
Activities nearby: The mighty ruins of the 10th century castle of Padenghe can be seen from afar. The fortress is located on a hill and the tower offers a breathtaking view over Lake Garda and the Valtenesi. Padenghe has a beautiful long beach on the coast and in the hinterland you will find a modern golf course. Lake Garda is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts such as surfers and sailors, but also landlubbers who like hiking or mountain biking will enjoy themselves here.
