Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gepflegte 2.5 Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stock eines traditionellen Engadinerhauses. Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und wird von den Eigentümern gut unterhalten.


Ein helles Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Sitzgruppe sowie Fernsehecke. Geräumige und moderne Küche mit bester Infrastruktur. Essbereich mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck sowie Nespresso Maschine. Doppelschlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum für Kleider, Wäsche etc. sowie Schreibtisch mit Leselampe. Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Abstellraum für Ski und Sportgeräte im Untergeschoss des Hauses.


Auf Anfrage kann die Wohnung auch durch 2 Erwachsene mit Kinder gebucht werden. Weitere Schlafgelegenheiten gibt es als Zustellbett, Babyreisebett sowie Sofabett. Die Wohnung eignet sich somit für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern oder eine Familie mit einem Jugendlichen.


Kleiner Garten mit Sitzplatz und Gartenmöbeln. Privat-Parkplatz neben dem Haus. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenfalls sind die diversen touristischen Infrastrukturen schnell erreichbar (Loipe, Skipiste, Hallenbad, Wander- und Bikenetz).

    “Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Positiv: Gepflegte sehr saubere Wohnung an zentraler Lage im Dorfzentrum. Trotz der Lage, direkt an der Strasse war es sehr ruhig zum schlafen. Negativ: Schade hat es keinen Balkon.”

    “Kleine, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Kommen gerne wieder Positiv: Die Ruhe und die Sonneneinstrahlung in die Stube am Nachmittag/Abend.
    Nähe Bushaltestelle, Cafe Negativ: Wohnung schwierig auf angenehme Raumtemperatur zu bringen. Restaurant: Hotel Bernina Pontresina - Sehr gutes Essen, auch viele Engadinerspezialitäten. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Angenehmes, ruhiges Ambiente Ausflüge: Muottas Muragl - Wunderbare Aussicht ins Tal. Gut präparierte Wanderwege. Toller Ausblick von der Restauranttrerrase”
