Villa Zeilerboulevard is a very special house. The location directly on the northern beach of Bergen aan Zee, the sauna, the great living room, the comfort, the garden and the terraces allow an absolutely carefree vacation for the whole family. Here the word vacation is written in capital letters.

The villa is accessible both from the boulevard and from the back from a quiet out cul-de-sac. In the house you will hardly notice the bathers, you park your cars safely on your own property. And if you feel like having breakfast or a coffee on the beach, you just have to walk out the front door and you are there within half a minute.?

On the first floor you will find the spacious hallway, the master bedroom with large bathroom, the very well equipped kitchen with dining area and the spacious living room. This room has a fireplace (gas), doors to the terrace, a TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a spacious sitting area and a reading corner.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a beautiful Finnish sauna, which can also be used as a steam sauna, and a bathroom. In the garage you can park your bikes and use the washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is a large room with a hinged window from which you have a sea view. Here you will also find a changing table for the little guests. In addition, the attic also houses another spacious bedroom and a third bathroom.

Villa Zeilerboulevard is not a sterile vacation home, but a lovingly furnished domicile, which is also used by the owner family itself. It is therefore homely and is very complete and cozy. Really a villa to feel good!
