House in Vir with Private Pool

This holiday home with pool ideal for 10-12 persons is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir named Prezida.
The 150 m² house spreads over two floors and is divided into a living and dining area with kitchen, four bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers on the ground floor and one air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and satellite TV on the first floor. In the living area there is a sofa bed for two more persons. A dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access are some of the further the other features of this holiday home. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

    “Positiv: Einladende "Sitzecke" mit großem Tisch im Außenbereich. Auch die kleine Außenküche mit angrenzendem Grillkamin hat Charme. Negativ: Empfindlicher Nachbar der selbst Gespräche im Außenbereich als Ruhestörung empfunden hat.
    Der Weg zum Haus ist eigentlich nur mit Geländewagen gut zu befahren...nach Auskunft unserer Nachbarn soll der Zustand Mitte Juli verbessert werden.”
