The outdoor area consists of a fully fenced yard with private parking and a garage. The pool is of course the centerpiece of the outdoor space, together with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. It is perfect for a barbecue dinner in the outside dining room.
The villa is beautifully designed with the Mediterranean feel to it, with stone features, olive trees, and a minimalist industrial design.
It is situated near the beautiful Krka National Park, the Kornati National Park, a must-see to visit. The towns Šibenik, Split, Trogir, Zadar are also just a short drive away.
The villa includes also a heated pool and a sauna.
