We present you our cozy 2 room apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator available).
The 42sqm apartment is lovingly furnished and has a balcony with table and two chairs. In only 5 min. you are on the hiking trails, LL cross-country skiing trails or in the forest. In 10 min you can reach stores, restaurants and the bus stop.
The equipment of the individual rooms are: Kitchen: stove with 3 hotplates, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, eletric kettle, coffee machine filter or capsules Nespresso, raclette oven, fondue set (cheese or chinoise) Living room: sofa, TV, W-LAN, radio, round table with corner bench.     “Es ist eine sehr gut eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit Balkon, die unseren Ansprüchen vollends entsprochen hat. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Positiv: Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Negativ: Die Bettumrandung, da mein Partner gross ist. Restaurant: Restaurant Sportstübli - Nett eingerichtet und gute Küche. Ausflüge: Muottas Muragl - Mit der Standseilbahn hoch und via den Höhenweg in die Segantinihütte. Diese lädt zu einer Erfrischung mit herrlicher Weitsicht ein. Weiter über den Steinbockweg zur Alp Languard, wo ein Sessellift die Wanderer nach Pontresina zurückbringt. Zwar hat es sehr viele Touristen, trotzdem lohnt sich diese Wanderung.”

    “Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist Richtung Wald und Fluss ausgerichtet mit Nachmittag und Abendsonne. Positiv: Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie. Ausflüge: Wanderung von Morteratsch Bahnhof zur Boval Hütte - ca. 2,5 Stunden Gehzeit zur Hütte. Oben einen sagenhaften Panorama über die Gletscher des Berninamassiv.”
