Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich zudem ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.Neben dem großzügigem Wohnraum , der einen schönen großen separaten Essplatz bietet, befinden sich eine kleine gut ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein Duschbad im Erdgeschoß.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Butjadingen-Burhave, die Nordsee-Lagune und die Spielscheune in Burhave oder der Friesenstrand in Tossens lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen.
Die Nutzung des Spielplatzes, der vom Nordseeferienpark angeboten wird, ist in diesem Buchungsarrangement nicht enthalten. Im Rahmen eines Besuchs des Bistros des Ferienparks darf der Spielplatz selbstverständlich genutzt werden.
