Perfectly situated directly at the ski slope and the chair lift "Replat" (approx. 50 m), in the area Villaroger/Arc 2000. Villaroger belongs to the top ski area of Les Arcs - Paradiski. This unique chalet has recently been completely renovated and furnished with great taste and a high-quality standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and television.Level 2: The cosy living and dining room is located on this floor. Relax on the sofas with flat screen TV with Netflix (free of charge). The large table in the dining area comfortably seats 12 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and invites to lovely cooking evenings. Access to the balcony, separate toilet. There are two twin rooms and one double room on the same level, one of which has access to the balcony.Ground floor: This floor provides two rooms: one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds and a bunk bed, with a small terrace.All beds are 2 m long; double beds measure 160 x 200 cm, single beds 90 x 200 cm, bunk beds also 90 x 200 cm.The house comprises two apartments: "Farmhouse" extends over levels 1 and 2, the neighboring apartment "Perle des Neiges" for up to 15 persons can also be rented and is on the upper part of the house, level 3 and 4; one double room is located on floor 2.Spa: The Farmhouse diposes of its private outdoor jacuzzi (free of charge). After a sporty day in the mountains you can also relax in the sauna; the sauna area is shared with the second apartment as well as the ski room and the entrance area/corridor (below).There are two restaurants close to the chalet. Additional restaurants, a little shop as well as a kiosk can be found in the nearby village Ste. Foy Tarantaise, ~3 km. The lively small town Bourg St. Maurice - ~13 km away - offers a variety of shopping facilities, bars, clubs, as well as a TGV-train station. Villaroger is a true insiders' tip for ski fans, off the turmoil of the big ski resorts: skiing in one of the world's best ski areas - living in a real rustic mountain village. Situated on the outskirts of the Vanoise national park.Bread delivery service in winter to restaurant possible (~300 m).In winter 21-22, until 30 APR 2022 inclusive applies: pets 40 € per pet/week (1 pet allowed per apartment).From summer 2022 on : only in summer use of outdoor jacuzzi optional (discount of 200 EUR for non-use).Ski InfoChalet altitude: ~1,220 m; ski area up to 3,250 m, with the two glaciers Aiguille Rouge and Bellecôte. Ski area Villaroger - Les Arcs - Paradiski, with 425 km of alpine slopes and 175 ski lifts. Longest black ski run in the Alps from Aiguille Rouge (altitude 3,226 m) down to Villaroger, over ~2,000 meters in altitude. Do a downhill turn just near the chalet. The connection to Arc 2000 is possible via easy and moderate ski runs. The chairlift "Replat" - with 250 meters in altitude - starts in Villaroger and can be used free of charge. Villaroger has an excellent reputation as a Mecca for freeride-skiers (at one's own risk, alpine guide recommended). NEW: ski school ESF in Villaroger (with ski kindergarten) at the chair lift.Several spectacular fun-parks in the sector Les Arcs. Tip: Villaroger is perfectly suitable as a starting point for ski safaris to the surrounding areas. Closest ski lift of Tignes Val dIsère ski area in Tignes-Les Brevières ~15 minutes by car / 13 km away.
