Vom südseitigen Chalet-Balkon aus genießt man die spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Bergwelt des Belleville-Tals. Lage im beschaulichen Bergdorf Les Menuires-Praranger. Nach Ménuires-Zentrum (überdachte Shopping-Passagen, Restaurants, Irish Pub, Supermarkt, Internet-Café, Disko, modernes Multi-Sportzentrum/Hallenbad/Sauna, Eisbahn, Skischule, Kinderbetreuung) ~5 Auto-Minuten. Bellevilletal-Loipe ~1 km.
