Right next to the pool there is a wonderful covered patio with summer kitchen equipped with traditional stone barbecue and sink. 1oak villa extends over ca.270 m2 surface and ca.600 m2 garden space where you can find as well an almond tree, apple tree, cherry tree and pomegranate tree.

The beach is about 200 metres away. The town centre is cca.1 km from the villa, the nereast restaurant is 200m, and small grovery store is 100m from the villa.
