This villa is the perfect choice if you want total privacy far away from the usual city rush. It is located in municipality Raša, surrounded by untouched Istrian nature, and offers a unique Mediterranean atmosphere.
Villa is designed in modern style and spreads on the land of size 1000 m2.The villa contains 4 luxury-equipped double rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and television. A sofa bed can accommodate two more people so the maximum capacity of the villa is 8+2 people. In total there are 6 modernly decorated bathrooms inside the villa. All rooms have a beautiful view of nature and inside the villa, there is also a sauna where you will easily forget all the bad stuff and completely relax.
The fully fenced yard of the villa is ideal for children and adults. There is an outdoor dining room, barbecue, and garden at their disposal. Also, there is a spacious pool with a surface of 58 m2 near which there is a jacuzzi. Children can play safely in the spacious children's playground.
There is also a beach located only 2.5 km away from the villa, where you can enjoy the beauties of the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
The area around the villa is famous for the numerous hiking trails which will provide you unforgettable scenes of the beauty of the Istria region, and for those a little more active there are cycling tracks. The city of Labin is located 15 km away from the villa, and the center of Istria, a beautiful city of Pula, where you can enjoy cultural sights, is located 50 km away.
