Our house is quite near the centre of "Ruhstorf an der Rott". We are ideally situated for visits to the spar baths of Bad Füssing, Bad Grießbach and Bad Birnbach. Passau is known as the "Drei-Flüsse-Stadt" because three rivers join there and is also easily reachable by car. And have you ever been to Schärding in Austria? It is a beautiful barock town - in less than 15 Minutes by car.



Apartment 1 is ideal for two adults, especially those who like to wake up with the early morning sun. Perhaps before you sit down to breakfast at the table you'll want to collect fresh bread rolls from the bakery in Ruhstorf. This apartment is not super modern however, it is in excellent condition. The furniture has that robust, old fashioned feeling. We hope you'll enjoy sleeping here. In the evening you can sit and listen to the songs in your Play-List over the Internet, go out onto the balcony to enjoy tthe fresh air or while away the time watching television. On the other hand you may want to plan the next day's activity and then, go to bed early.

Arrival between 3:00 P.M (15:00) and 8:00 P.M. (20:00), departure between 8:00 A.M and 10:00 A.M.
Animals not permitted.

An extra, folding bed is available on request.
In Ruhstorf there is no extra cost such as local a holiday tax.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of 50% will be charged at the time of booking.
The outstanding amount will be charged on arrival either using bar or credit card.
Cancellations received with more than 28 day notice will incur no charge.
For concellations received with between 4 and 2 weeks notice will be charged 50% of the total cost.
For concellations received with between with 2 weeks notice or less will be charged 75% of the total cost.
CANCELLATIONS UP TO SEPTEMBER 2020 ARE FREE OF CANCELLATION FEE!
