You are ideally located in the south of the Drôme des collines, at the foot of the charming villages of Valuarie, Clansayes and Réauville, dominated by their Rocher de la Vierge, which offers an incomparable panorama of holm oak heaths, thyme heaths, mysterious truffle fields and lavender fields, leaning against the distant foothills of the Alps, from which you can see Mont Ventoux. At a distance of 6 km is the botanical village of Grignan, dominated by its beautiful Renaissance castle. In the surrounding area are the upper Vauucluse with the papal enclave of Valréas and the ancient town of Vaison la Romaine, famous for its Provençal markets, the southern Ardèche with its beautiful gorges and the Vercors massif. Also worth seeing are Montélimar, the capital of nougat, the feudal castle of Suze la Rousse and the abbey of aigueblle.
